How should I store my tea to maintain its freshness?
To preserve the delicate flavor and aroma of your tea, store it in a cool, dark place away from strong odors, heat, and moisture. Our airtight tins are designed specifically to protect the leaves from light and air.
Are your tea bags compostable?
Yes, our signature round tea bags are made from unbleached paper and are free of staples, strings, and tags. They are fully biodegradable and safe for home composting.
What is the shelf life of your teas?
Most of our teas have a shelf life of approximately two years from the date of manufacture. You can find the 'Best By' date printed on the bottom of every tin.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their tea sooner.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada. For other international locations, please contact our Citizen Services team for a list of authorized distributors.
What is your return policy for food products?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your tea, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a refund, excluding shipping costs.
