At The Republic of Tea, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every sip. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Minister of Citizen Services by phone or email to receive a Return Authorization number and confirm your eligibility.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused tea or teaware in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to the Republic

  Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your requested exchange items within 7-10 business days.
